I am just now starting to get back into lifting weights at the gym at work. For several months I've been going through a string of one injury after another that has kept me from lifting for quite some time. I am now starting to feel good enough to ease back into my routine. I just need to make sure not to overdo it and re-aggrivate anything.

I haven't been as avid as I was in December and January, but I am still doing 5 miles at least every second day. I have cut down on the weights, i need to work on my gut/weight first.
I really find that when you think you are too tired to go to the gym, get your ass to the gym. You will feel one hundred per cent better when you are finished - bonus all those people that made you life tougher that day have all been put in their place.
